Il diritto di cambiare, l'opportunità che delitti orrendi siano puniti senza divorare tale diritto. L'articolo affronta, a partire dal libro di E. Fassone "Fine pena: ora" (Sellerio 2015), alcuni possibili percorsi di riflessione su colpa e pena, utilizzando, tra l'altro, anche gli strumenti interpretativi offerti dalla cultura latina.
