Abstract
X-ray microcalorimeters were developed which consists of neutron transmutation-doped (NTD) germanium thermistor attached to superconducting tin absorbers. The read-out circuit that allows the measurement of fast signals and a multiplexing scheme that allows a number of different calorimeters to be read out using a single JFET are described.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
