Introduction: Supervision is a pillar in enhancing the student's learning environment throughout her/his higher education. Multiple studies qualify graduate supervision among the most important contributors to the successful completion of a higher education degree and to graduate students' positive academic experience. Le prove di confronto varietale di frumento duro realizzate in Sicilia, con il coordinamento del CREA, sono state allestite in 4 diversi ambienti: Libertinia (Catania), Catania, Cammarata e S. Stefano Quisquina (Agrigento). Fra i genotipi in prova nel quadriennio considerato, in 15 differenti condizioni ambientali (località × annata), la cultivar Monastir ha mostrato le migliori performance, con rese superiori alla media di campo in 13 prove su 15. Buona stabilità produttiva è stata verificata anche per le varietà Ramirez, Anco Marzio, Kanakis, Iride, Core e Alemanno. Fra le varietà in prova nel triennio 2014-2016, Anta- lis conferma la sua ottima adattabilità ed elevata stabilità produttiva negli ambienti siciliani.
