This article examines the question of the nature of the League of Nations and the relationship between the Assembly and the Council. It also provides an overview of the whole structure of the League.
In questo commento all'articolo 2 del Patto della Società delle Nazioni sono esaminate le questioni della natura giuridica della Società e dei rapporti tra Assemblea e Consiglio. Inoltre, è descritta la struttura della Società nel suo insieme, tenendo conto anche degli altri organi nominati nel Patto e nei Trattati di pace, degli organi sussidiari e degli organi creati mediante accordo tra la Società e uno o più Stati.
