In recent years, there has been a growing interest and attention towards unaccompanied migrant minors due to the increase in the number of arrivals in Italy as well as in many other European Countries. The overriding interests of the child and the vulnerable conditions of the minor have led to the need to address, as a priority, an issue that has become a significant human and social question at international level. The quality of the system is also given by the quality of the profes- sionals involved. Education, training and supervision of professionals—together with an effective collaboration with other adults such as guardians, who can constitute appropriate reference figures for minors and at the same time be a bridge between the system and the local community—are then the essential way to be able to offer minors paths that are increasingly tailored to their needs and constantly flexible in grasping their changes and relaunching their life projects towards the future.
