Alterarsi

Afterword to the volume with a deep reflection on the concept of "Alteration". We are subject - both in cognitive and bodily terms - to the various stresses of the reality around us. The meeting between Rino and the others is a story of alterations that starts from "their" bodies, from the smells, from the touch, from the sounds, from their mixing, from the - necessary - awareness of being inside and outside. , to be detached and involved, to be aware that the visual field will never be “ours” enough but that at the same time it implies and involves us. With all the strength and pain of the full awareness of our common vulnerability, with the determination to live our frailties and learn to defend them.

Postfazione al volume con una profonda riflessione sul concetto di “Alterazione”. Siamo soggetti – sia in termini cognitivi sia corporei – alle diverse sollecitazioni della realtà che ci circonda. L’incontro tra Rino e le altre/gli altri è una storia di alterazioni che parte dai “loro” corpi, dagli odori, dal con-tatto, dai suoni, da un loro rimescolamento, dalla consapevolezza – necessaria – di essere dentro e fuori, di essere distaccati e coinvolti, di essere consapevoli che il campo visuale non sarà mai abbastanza “nostro” ma che nello stesso tempo ci implica e ci coinvolge. Con tutta la forza e il dolore della piena consapevolezza della nostra comune vulnerabilità, con la determinazione di vivere le nostre fragilità e di imparare a difenderle.
